ICT = Information and Communication Technology

Inclusive means accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, capabilities (e.g. inclusive societies are societies in which everyone is allowed and empowered to get involved and take part).

Independent Expert on the Enjoyment of All Human Rights by Older Persons: Human rights expert of the United Nations (UN) system with the mission to look into how states protect and promote the rights of older people.

An informal carer ise an individual who voluntarily takes care of a person who is sick or disabled, without being paid. Most family carers are family members, spouses, neighbours or close relatives.

Integrated care refers to a defined processes to integrate care between hospital and primary care, health and social care, and formal and informal care, on the basis of a multi-disciplinary collaboration. The aim of integrated care is to design and implement individual care pathways, financially and administratively coordinated with a view to achieving better outcomes in terms of effectiveness and user satisfaction. 

Internet of Things is defined as the network by which objects in our environment can be endowed with intelligence and become active within communications networks.
