AGE Platform Europe welcomes the new Fundamental Right Agency Director. We hope that under his direction FRA will pay more attention to the age ground in its future work. The recognition and enforcement of older people’s human rights is indeed essential to combat age discrimination and elder abuse and ensure a dignified life in old age for all across the European Union.
