Vera Hörmann

Project Officer

Vera is responsible for managing AGE’s research projects on smart and active ageing, digitalization, and care, bringing the perspectives of older persons into research projects. She is moreover experienced in developing communication and dissemination activities, as well as policy recommendations for a broad range of stakeholders, with a specific focus on older persons.

Vera has a background in political sciences and European studies which led her to Brussels in 2012. Since then, she’s been working on the intersection of society and research, consulting on European research projects, managing Life Sciences projects and translating scientific findings to different audiences.
