Health coaching is the use of techniques based on psychological evidence to help people change behaviours that are known to cause ill- health. Health coaching may include the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Health data are information, whether or not recorded electronically, pertaining to an individual and relating to his or her health and well-being.
Health literacy is people’s knowledge, motivation and competence to access, understand, appraise and apply health information, make judgments and take decisions regarding their health and wellbeing.
