Respect Seniors organises training day for residential care managers

In collaboration with AVIQ- Agence pour une Vie de Qualité and Aditiwb, Respect Seniors, AGE member in Blegium, organised on 16 November 2022, a training day for managers of residential care homes. Throughout the day, and after each performance by the Alvéole Théâtre company, participants discussed and exchanged good practices around the topics of:

• choosing where to live and preparing for later life,
• respecting older people's rights,
• respecting older people's intimacy
• the right to sexuality. 

A second day will be organised in February 2023 for care staff.
