Public authorities and volunteer organisations all over Europe are invited to devote one day – either 1 October or any other day in October – to find new ways of engaging senior volunteers and making the most of their contributions. The “European Seniorforce Day”, organised by the European Commission together with the Communication Agency P.A.U. Education aims to developing older people’s potential and participation in their communities.
