Other than listening to the experts of the Programme, who will tell you about the DOs and DONTs for applying for an AAL project, you will have the possibility to assist an interactive panel discussion. The discussion will focus on the different market requirements for deploying AAL solutions.
The topic of the 2018 call is “Smart Solutions for Ageing well”. The aim of this call is to support innovative, transnational and multi-disciplinary collaborative projects. The AAL Call 2018 has the following key features that differ from previous AAL calls:
- The AAL Call 2018 is open to collaborative projects developing ICT-based solutions by targeting any application area(s) within the AAL domain (the call document will provide information on the relevant AAL taxonomy and the specified target markets)
- The AAL Call 2018 allows for more flexibility regarding the scope, size and duration of the submitted projects by including small collaborative projects (see more info below).
“Collaborative projects” (carried out by consortia composed of at least 3 organisations from 3 different countries including an end user organisation and a business partner) will remain a funding tool of this call. Next to the “Collaborative projects”, a new and agiler project tool will be introduced: the “Small Collaborative project”.
