Organised as part the Belgian EU Presidency, this two-day conference will address the digital inclusion of vulnerable groups in view of formulating proposals for making digital services more inclusive and strengthening the (basic) skills of European citizens. The discussions will also cover the possibilities offered by artificial intelligence for developing better services and combating the non-use of social rights.
