AGE Platform Europe will present its work conducted in the SHAPES project on “Empowerment of Older Individuals in Health and Care Decision-making” during the 6th SHAPES Dialogue Workshop on 2 November 2022.
In October 2021 AGE Platform Europe organized a dialogue workshop on “Diversity and empowerment: understanding the realities of older people” in the context of the SHAPES project. Based on this webinar and work conducted in the project, AGE has been drafting a deliverable on the empowerment of older individuals in health and care decision-making, drawing also from the findings of AGE’s Rethinking Care Process.
The topic of the 6th edition of the SHAPES Dialogue Workshop will be “Approaches the diverse SHAPES digital solutions empowering older individuals as custodians of their own health and care” and will be organized online by the University of Aveiro (UAVR) on 2 November 2022, 10:00-13:15 CET. Interpretation in English, Portuguese, Spanish and International Sign Language will be available, as well as live-captioning in English.
