The Next Door project aims to promote community and neighbourhood engagement for the social inclusion and well being of older people. It relies on development of skills of professionals working for community at local level, putting together community organisations and training providers.
The project and its outcome will be presented at a webinar hosted by the European Association for Social Innovation. During the webinar you will have the opportunity to:
- discover and learn about the Next Door Services Map, an interactive tool destined to motivate and support neighbours and community workers in reducing the isolation of older people
- ask your questions directly to our project leaders and learn about all the available resources designed within the Next Door project
- meet and connect to other professionals and organisations in the field of care for older people.
