Legal capacity in older age

Organised by AGE German member BAGSO, this side event of 57th Session Human Rights Council will discuss challenges related to the human rights in older age and gaps in the existing framework in relation to legal capacity. Experiences with practical measures to ensure the enjoyment of the right to legal capacity in older age will be shared

The event will take place in Geneva, Palais des Nations, E Building, Room XXV and live webcast via YouTube and WebEx.
