Join AGE member ILC for a policy discussion focusing on the findings from the Mental Health Matters
report. As part of this project, ILC has generated a debate among key
policy and health stakeholders on how we can forge stronger policies to
address and reduce the impact of serious mental health conditions across
the life course.
The Mental Health Matters report includes findings from discussions
with experts and policy recommendations for policymakers and health
stakeholders. We will be joined by expert speakers to discuss these
findings and recommendations during a one-hour webinar.
Speakers include:
- David Sinclair, Chief Executive, ILC (Chair)
- Marion Devaux, Health Policy Analyst, Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs, Health Division, OECD
- MEP András Kulja, Vice-Chair of the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety, European Parliament
- Professor Lord Richard Layard, Director, Wellbeing Programme, Centre for Economic Performance, London School of Economics
- Professor Tsuyoshi Akiyama, President, World Federation for Mental Health
Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) has provided financial support to ILC
to conduct this project. ILC has retained editorial control of all
written outputs.
