ILC-UK is launching an international programme of work exploring the importance of prevention in our ageing world. Focusing on high and upper middle socio-demographic index countries, the research, which will be conducted over the coming months, will draw out evidence to demonstrate the value of prevention and highlight case studies of effective prevention programmes and actions targeted at older people.
The launch reception will provide an opportunity to hear more about the project and the network with key global stakeholders across policy, industry and the third sector. It will also offer an opportunity to share your expertise around how public policy needs to respond to the challenges and opportunities of ageing.
