This AccessibleEU networking event will aim to foster a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by people with disabilities navigating urban environments and to promote inclusive practices in urban planning and mobility, bringing together stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
The hybrid event will also examine ways in which cities are working to ensure equal access for all to urban streets, heritage buildings and monuments, for the benefit of local communities and visitors, making use of participatory design approaches and smart data.
