Towards a UN Convention on the rights of older persons? – AGE joint event

To mark the 26th International Day of Older Persons, AGE Platform Europe is organizing, in partnership with the EPP group of the European Parliamant and the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI), an event at the European Parliament in Brussels to highlight the importance of a new international convention on the rights of older persons.

This event aims to open an EU dialogue and offer an update on recent developments at the Open Ended Working Group of the United Nations and its impact on European Member States and older persons in Europe.
