Final conference of the Age in Tandem project

On 20 November, the final conference of the European project Age in Tandem project presented the project’s final outcome. The project aimed to adapt and further transfer the outcomes of the TALENTAGED project, which developed and tested a training/guidance process to support and assist mature workers during their professional choices.

The methodological “starting point” of both projects was the experience of the partners on labour market re-entering processes and competence reconversion.

AGE Platform Europe was invited to present AGE’s work in the field of employment.
