FrailSafe publishes first newsletter

The first newsletter of the EU-funded FrailSafe project, in which AGE is a partner, is now available here. It presents the objectives, thinking and motivation behind FrailSafe partners to succeed in this journey.

AGE Platform Europe has been working on FrailSafe since January 2016.The EU-funded project is aimed to delay frailty and its onset thanks to technology. With the help of volunteers, these technologies will be improved constantly and enable physicians, carers and informal carers to detect frailty at an early stage and allow preventive measures. In the project AGE makes sure that the information and outcomes are properly shared with its members and relevant European stakeholders. It is indeed crucial that end-users and other parties are aware of what is being done to better understand frailty and how it can be delayed.
