Free online training modules for informal carers launched in France

FormationAidants_logo Ahead of the national informal carers’ day on 6 October 2017, the French Carers’ association (‘Association Française des Aidants’) has launched a free online interactive training tool designed to support family carers in their daily life.

The training is made up of six modules of about 20 minutes addressing various aspects of informal care, such as the individual perceptions of the disease or disability, the changing relationship to a dependent relative/friend, the relations with care professionals, reconciling informal care with ones’ social and personal life, etc. It also mentions some organisations that can support carers and presents the different types of professionals and the kind of assistance they can bring.

You can register to the training modules for free following this link
