Innovation in digital health and care is key to address some of the needs of the older population in Europe. Digital Health Europe is an EU-funded project that aims to boost innovation and advance the Digital Single Market priorities for the digital transformation of health and care. These priorities concern:
- citizens’ secure access to and sharing of health data across borders,
- better data to advance research, disease prevention and personalised health and care,
- digital tools for citizen empowerment and person-centred care.
Are you an innovator or are you aware of a digital health innovation that works towards one of the three above-mentioned priorities? You think the solution can be transferable to another region of Europe? Are you a regional authority seeking to implement digital innovations in health and care? Apply to the call for twinnings that closes on 7 August 2019. More than 45 twinning opportunities will be organised with funding to implement the twinning activities.
More information on the twinning can be found here.
