The Imserso, WHO’s collaborating agency in Spain, has presented the Qualitative research on diagnoses and plans for age-friendly cities and communities. An overview of the Spanish Network. Executive report, carried out in collaboration with the Research Group on Ageing (GIE-CSIC) of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), to find out the current state of friendliness of the environments of the Spanish towns and cities that have joined the network and have provided their diagnosis, plan and evaluation. The ultimate goal is to position Spain and its older population as a benchmark in the global network.
