New publication on ‘The EU Contribution to Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations’

The European Commission has just published a new brochure which presents what the EU is doing to promote active ageing with the objective of inspiring more determined efforts in all Member States, thereby ensuring that solidarity between generations can withstand the test of population ageing. It provides a comprehensive overview of the EU legislation, funds, research programmes and coordinated strategies in favour of active ageing.

The publication can be downloaded in English following this link. It will be available in all EU languages in the coming weeks.
