The European Commission has published a guide called ‘Diversity at work: a guide for SMEs’ which offers practical advice for SME employers on how diversity could benefit their business. The brochure features ‘8 top tips’ to get started including how to recruit from a more diverse pool of talent, get new customers and access new markets. Suggestions on how to recruit, retain and make the most of your diverse workforce are also included. Finally, a resources section provides links to useful publications and organisations working in your country that can offer help and support.
