EVARS project publishes course materials to promote older volunteering in the welfare sector

These course materials are part of the EVARS project (2013-2015) and aims to strengthen cooperation between senior citizens in civil society and municipal decision-makers, with a view to developing more sustainable and 'relationship oriented' welfare models.

The course seeks to improve the potential of elderly volunteers as an extra and valuable resource for our society, in particular to qualify seniors to understand and act in the welfare sector within specific fields of subjects and target groups, in the aim of functioning as a supplement to the welfare sector.
