The UAIL Expert Group will gather in Trieste, Italy, next June 13th. This will be the occasion to have a closer look to an important CIP PSP project, Dreaming, which aims at enabling older people to continue to live in their home, while providing them an effective way of staying in touch with their relatives and Increasing the appropriateness and the timeliness of interventions by health and social care professionals.
The Expert Group will have the opportunity to visit the Italian pilot site of the project to have a look at the set of services brought by DREAMING.
