On behalf of the AGE Europe Platform and its members, I would like to express our deepest condolences to the family of our dear colleague, Elizabeth Sclater, from the European Older Women’s Network.
It is with a heavy heart that we say farewell to a colleague and a friend whose contributions over many years of joint work on gender and age equality were not only professional and committed, but also deeply humanistic. Elisabeth’s warmth and dedication touched all of us.
Dear Elizabeth, you will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. Rest in peace.
