‘Zajednički put’ Foundation launches EU-funded call for projects to help older persons in need of assistance

Foundation Zajednicki Put logo The Foundation Zajednički put, AGE Croatian member organisation, has launched a call for projects to set up a specific model for connecting individual carers or service providers with older persons.

The purpose of the call is the result of the foundation’s experience and work in regular contact with vulnerable older people living alone, who shared their emotional and practical needs. With the economic crisis looming over the country for years, many older persons can’t afford to pay for assistance, and many simply do not know how to find appropriate help.

Visit this page for more information on this call.

The foundation’s Challenge will be presented on 22nd February 2018 at 10:00 at the Educational and Research Center of the Foundation Zajednički put in Zvonimirova 17, 2nd floor.

This can be followed live webstreamed following this click (operational at the time of the event).
